Later, I had to gradually increase the dose from 10 mg to 15 mg a day. As of today, it is already from 15 mg to 20 mg a day. And so the inr indicator jumps like crazy but doesn't jump more than 2,5 and even falls, despite watching your diet “green” . I have had surgery on the aortic valve and the result should be within the range 2-3 and I have a problem with this, despite the high doses. I don't think this drug works for me anymore.

Since I've been on warfin / around 7 years / I have no problems,except for slight nose bleeds. However, you should do the INR test every month and then it is important. I take it in the morning once a day by 4 days of warfin 3, and on the fifth day, a half 5 and so on and on and i got INR from 2,20 do 2,80 with normal eating without exaggerating. After the artificial aortic valve, the INR is to be between 2 a 3, so everything is under control. I greet everyone and remember that with God's help you can do a lot.
