I took half a tablet to start with, nice relaxing effect and made it easier for me to fall asleep, then I took the whole pill – I went to bed and fell asleep very nice ! slept all night, in the morning I got up to work in line with the alarm clock :-) rested, brisk and without any fatigue.
Injury, that it is addictive, but I will take it sometimes when I have a sleepless night.
