    I only take Espumisan for examination. You can't fart after taking this drug, shit and my belly grows a few centimeters and hurts. It doesn't remove flatulence, it just causes it. It's best to go out and fart. If someone cannot, I suggest eating cumin often. I, espumisan is only good for stopping diarrhea. A good laxative is water made from pickled cucumbers with milk. Brick effect ;-)
