Have passed 2 months since I have been taking 4flex every day and I am seeing improvement. I think I've tried everything for knee pain, Including injections of hyaluronic acid, the effect was poor. I, that the preparation is very effective, but one packet won't help, the manufacturer recommends a minimum 3 months. I recommend that I can finally fall asleep and climb the stairs much easier.
