I am taking tamoxifen from 15 months. I gained weight like other girls, approx 5 kg. I have terrible hot flashes and sweating. My oncologist recommended that I take this set before going to bed: magnesium oxide 400 mg, vitamins E 800 IU, vitamin B6 50 mg.
Supposedly helps with 50 % cases. It didn't help me. Now I take antidepressants and it's a little better.
