For me, a revelation! You don't have to remember to take your pills every day. At first I was a little scared, that I will lose it, but now it seems almost impossible to me! I had spotting throughout the first month of use, but it stopped after the second use. I don't have any ailments, which I could associate with the use of NuvaRing. It is quite expensive(ok 45 zl) but it's worth giving so much for your well-being! :)
