Description of the drug Doreta
The pain reliever The effectiveness of the drug doreta is based on this, that it has more than one active ingredient that reduces the pain sensation, but two: paracetamol, and tramadol. This combination does, that the drug has a stronger analgesic effect, than if it had only in its composition (though also strong by the way) tramadol. In Poland, we also have other products with a composition similar to the doret, e.g.. equestrian i padolten.
Depending on how severe the pain is, and at the same time how much the drug has an effect on us, we have two types of tablets to choose from. One includes 37,5 mg tramadolu, and 325mg. Paracetamol. The second one contains twice as much active substances.
Happens often, that doreta causes us side effects. We may experience increased sleepiness while taking this drug, sometimes hindering normal everyday functioning. Digestive system ailments are also common, like nausea and vomiting. It is dangerous, that the drug, especially when taken in higher doses than recommended by the doctor, and can be addictive for days…

I started testing Doreta. First I took it for migraine headaches 1 Doret's pill (37,5 mg tramadolu + 325 mg paracetamol). No reaction, and the pain didn't go away.
On my next migraine (after about two weeks) I decided to swallow 2 tablets. After an hour of swallowing, the nightmare began, I thought, that I will come down! Tremendous dizziness, convulsions, I couldn't speak, the words turned to gibberish. I haven't lost consciousness, but I didn't know what was happening to me, something terrible!! I couldn't move, I was lying flat, and my hands and feet refused to obey, I couldn't move my head. I felt bad the next day too!
I will never take this medicine again!!! I had an impression, I'm a hair away from death. It was scary!!!

How it hurts /acute sciatica/, it's a great drug, but the problem arises when trying to withdraw.
ADDICTIVE WITH LONG USE.
You have to control yourself and slowly reduce the dose.
It all depends on the dose and time taken. It is best to consult a doctor for advice.
Me after three weeks of downloading /2-3 times a day/, abrupt withdrawal costs shortness of breath and a state of anxiety, especially at night. I also took the drug at night, so there is some connection.

Maybe the dose was too high, me on a whole tablet (this higher dose) I literally walked on the walls, my eyes were rolling, heart just about popped out, there was no mention of sleeping, because I couldn't sit still 10 seconds even and so in a sequence unchanged by 6 hours. Nothing helped. But the smaller ones are ok. It is true that, they don't always help, but it's better to overdo it a bit with the pain than with the side effects.
Inflammation in the jaw, most likely from a broken 8th tooth. The 2 I took a ketone last night. I woke up about 4, My wife gave me some white pills and I'm fine now. The 5 I went to the doctor and he prescribed me a weaker doreta.

I've been taking this for approx 5 helps me a lot with my pain. I am after lumbar spine surgery. I'll take it 3 times a day and I'm happy.
