Te tabletki są beznadziejne. Odkąd pamiętam mam problem z częstym wybudzaniem się w nocy i wiecznym zmęczeniem rano. Wg ulotki powinno się wziąć jedną tabletkę, ostatnio w akcie desperacji wzięłam dwie i zero efektu. Waste of money.
Cierpię na przewlekłą bezsenność. Śpię krotko i płytko w ciągu nocy. Akurat jestem po wypadku i ból nogi nasila się nocami. Dostałem receptę na jakieś tabletki nasenne, po których miałem zasnąć jak kamień w ciągu 10 minutes. Ból nogi miał mnie nie wybudzić. Żona poszła wykupić receptę, ale nie było tego leku i aptekarka wcisnęła jej NASEN, który niby ma ten sam skład. Unfortunately, ten środek kompletnie nie działa, does not fall asleep! Zupełnie jakbym nic nie wziął! Po całej tabletce tłukłem się kilka godzin, więc wziąłem jeszcze pół tabletki i dalej nic! Na mnie ten środek ma ZEROWĄ skuteczność.
