Brałam po 2 and I think, że już trochę sie uodporniłam. Teraz biorę Nasen, because nothing works for me, ale biorę go sporadycznie ( 1 package, or 10 tabl. mam na ok 6 months).Najczęściej biorę na wyjazdach, bardzo źle śpię w domu a w nowym miejscu w ogóle nie mogę zasnąć.
