Jedzenie drogiego preparatu z kredą (sic!) niestety nie wzmocni zębów. Nasz organizm nie ma żadnego mechanizmu enzymatycznego, który mógłby dostarczyć wapń do już wyrżniętych zębów.
Dieta uboga w węglowodany, higiena (szczotka, pasta, nitka) oraz fluor i regularne kontrole u dentysty to cały czas skuteczne metody.
ja powiem szczerze, że od lat używam pasty do zębów Elgydium wybielająca. Costs 21 zł, ale zęby wybiela niesamowicie, the more, że palę papierosy, które też niszczą zęby. Do dentysty chodzę jak coś nie gra, ale ostatni raz leczyłem zęby 3 years ago, bo dziur nie mam. Raz zmieniłem pastę na inną wybielającą i od razu zęby żółte, ogólnie przebarwione.
