Rannigast is a drug reduces gastric acid secretion. It is used for stomach ulcer and duodenal, reduces symptoms of heartburn. It has to be used twice a day, to be effective. Side effects of the drug can be: somnolence, nausea, sometimes blurred vision. Rare reactive arthritis.
